Business hours

The service is available from Monday to Friday, 9 am to 1 pm and 2 pm to 6 pm. Public holidays and holiday closing periods are excluded. These will be communicated to the customer in a timely manner. The user will be contacted within 4 working hours.

Why the web ticketing system?

When the user buys a service ticket, the request is forwarded to the specialist technician who will immediately take charge of the problem. In this way, the service can be provided in the shortest possible time.
